Clicking settings on anything goes back to the welcome screen #7195

Expected Behavior

It should open the settings for whatever I selected, be it folder, collection, or request.

Actual Behavior

It opens this

Reproduction Steps

Be in local scratchpad, click the arrow dropdown on anything, click settings

Is there an existing issue for this?

Additional Information

This was closed as fixed here: https://github.com/Kong/insomnia/issues/6698

It is NOT fixed, it is still doing it everywhere.

If I click "Settings" for a collection I see this:
