Flatten and bump inso

motivation: this is a spike PR aiming to identify smaller PRs with several goals in mind

• extend inso with a run collection command pointing at a workspace or request group name
• take ownership over the development experience of working with inso
• simplify the code paths
• improve the user experience of the cli
• explore and identify a path to running pre/after scripts
• explore a means to remove the send-request abstraction which wraps the entire app and causes much misery
