Unable to install 9.3.2 #7668

Expected Behavior

On windows install exe or automatic update works

Actual Behavior

install crash

Reproduction Steps

start install .exe on windows 23H2 SquirrelSetup.log

Is there an existing issue for this?

update from 9.2.0 to 9.3.3 on error with auto-update and exe error.txt
