Release v0.2.2. This fixes version information in OLM for previous releases, and adds replace information.

@hbagdi we have at least the lesson learned from this go round:

Check that there's a replace entry in the OLM files, and that there are no occurrences of the previous version in the new OLM files other than the replace entry.
The Helm chart must also include the Postgres chart tarball under charts, i.e. you need to run helm dependency update before packaging the operator.
