Release v0.5.0 #48

This PR satisfies steps 1 and 2 of the release instructions.

kong-operator v0.5.0 includes the Helm chart 1.11.0.

It seems that we forgot to bump the operator image under deploy/ previously - this PR brings deploy/ to up to date.
