Improve testing #7

Some cleanups on the way toward automated testing.

Name folder so that busted knows where to look
Pass luacheck linting

TODO:

Depend on kong modules
Figure out how to depend on kong's spec.helpers
Add travis config

It needs some more changes. Checkout this PR: https://github.com/Kong/kong/pull/3428 after running the Kong test suite (just unit tests will do) I had to make some changes, adding a VERSION field and changing the priority for example.

We don't need to fix everything at once in one PR.
