Remove stray comma #23

There shouldn't be a comma between Kong and Inc. "Kong Inc." is the official name of the company.

Hi @agarwalrounak thanks for the PR! Hacktoberfest is pretty explicit about the PR quality required to qualify, and we're holding to the same standards for Kong contributor shirts. If you're looking for an improvement to make, feel free to take a look at the good first issue label in the Kong documentation repo.
