I18n of the theme #33

Would it be possible to allow the I18n? For example, react-i18next seems like a good fit for this purpose. Our users speaks mainly French and we have no simple way to translate the elements wrote in English.

Hmm this would be quite difficult as much of the copy comes from swagger-ui. If support for l18n comes to swagger-ui, it would then be possible to add it to this theme. see: https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-ui/issues/2488
