Describe the bug I tested replacing arms/legs with bionic arm, archotech arm, bionic leg, archotech leg. All limbs being replaced were undamaged natural limbs.

In all arm replacements, the natural arm was destroyed after surgery - similar to base Rimworld. In all leg replacements, the natural leg was dropped as an item after surgery.

Good eye for detail. This is indeed a bug. The desired behavior is the natural arm item should drop after surgery if it is undamaged.

Fixed in dev branch. Will be available on the next update.
