Arachne patch doesn't work when O21 Toolbox not installed #118

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. When the user has the Arachne mod installed but not the O21 Toolbox mod installed, the patch operation for the arachne racial hediff will fail.

Expected behavior The compatibility patch will fail silently if the hediffdef is missing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable Arachne mod, Humanoid Alien Races 2.0, & QEE
  2. Restart game and observe PatchOperation error

Fixed in dev branch.
