How to integrate Subconnect link is broken #13

I clicked the link at the end of the README to https://github.com/Koniverse/SubConnect/wiki/How-to-integrate-SubWallet-and-other-Dotsama-Wallet-to-DApp but it's broken. I did not see a wiki page.
