Describe the bug Bug GUI when Change Theme of the SubWallet Connect Page

To Reproduce Pre-condition: Extension have no account Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the extension
Open the https://subwallet-connect.netlify.app page
Change Theme (from Dark to Light or from Light to Dark) then observe this screen

Actual: This screen display both Dark & Light Theme

Expected behavior: Change Theme successful and display correct theme
