Describe the task

[ ] Added checks for several types of conditions:
- Crowdloan
- NFT
- Has money
[ ] Supports App Change logs display
[ ] Supports App Confirmation display
[ ] Fix bug crash app when intruction have not url
[ ] Re-check condition balance on App banner, App popup
