Describe the bug Do not show token for Ledger account when import account

To reproduce the bug Steps:

Actual: Do not show token, show list token blank

Expect: Show token for Ledger account

Solution: Update web-runner after fix issue https://github.com/Koniverse/SubWallet-Extension/issues/3319
