For test this issue, set locations field from AppPopup, AppBanner first (If the Locations field is valid, the popup/banner will only display when the phone's region is within the Locations field. If the Locations field has no value, the popup/banner displays as normal). After that, change your phone's region(Settings -> General -> Language & Region). @ThaoNguyen998
