Gitian using a native build of Ubuntu and using KVM is the best option.

Not having much luck on the cross-compiling front. I have tried for 2/3 days with Gitian to no avail.

I am now thinking it might be a matter of compiling each binary on each OS indepentally. I can do all three platforms once I have space to setup the macbook and other pc for windows building using i guess msys/mingw-w64?

Ended up compiling for each platform in said platform.
