Clear templateAttachmentPath/Size/Name if user chooses to REDO.
Don't clear attachment if user chooses to MODIFY, allow user to choose to remove and add another attachment when modifying.
Add menu item "Clear Attachment From Template".
Add menu item "Add Attachment To Template"
