GoPro 3 White, newest firmware
If any autoexech.ack is used, the webserver won't start. The problem is, that now telnet or any hacks based on the webserver won't work anymore.
Found when was trying to download files by re-binding via: lu_util exec 'mount --bind /etc/ /var/www/DCIM/'
