Added functions:

get-output-filename
- takes input filename, returns appropriate output filename
- removes need for [output_video] input parameters
convert-265-to-264
- converts h.265 codecs to h.264 for backwards compatibility of new HERO7 media
rotate90deg
- rotates 90 degree
