btw the links in the list except GoPro Connect and Wifi Commands are all invalid in https://github.com/KonradIT/goprowifihack/blob/master/HERO9/README.md

I don't have a Hero9 so I cannot test. Is it an uncompleted draft or should they be as others that link to Hero4 documents?
