Founder data in HT mode #44

Currently founder data is essential for HT mode to work. What if you do not have founder data?

Need to be able to run HT mode even if there is no founder data available.

In HT mode we cannot simulate parental data (we don't know how many rows we need). Instead we are checking the variance in offspring data before fitting the EM.
