Content folder single-choice category selection allows multiple-choice #300

A content folder that is configured to have a category with a 'single choice' does not get that single choice enforced.

When adding content to the folder, the category offers a radio button choice. However each time a radio button is clicked, the item is added to that category. It does NOT remove it from the previous radio button category.
