add about to kooboo #75

kooboo cms need an about page. the page mainly shows:

  1. the current running kooboo version.
  2. the .net version.
  3. asp.net mvc version.
  4. other dependencies' versions.

when someone want to use or upgrade kooboo. it will easily to see what the kooboo needs. or in readme.md.
