Leave sitemap.xml untouched #1

Hi KoolServe, I had an issue today with a sitemap.xml (produced by the Bolt 3.x compatible Sitemap extension - https://github.com/bolt/Sitemap ) running together with HTML-minify. It produced a file starting with <?xml version="1.0" encoding=UTF-8?> instead of <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> which produced an error in the browser (so not in Bolt itself). I've switched off HTML-Minify for now, but I thought I'd let you know, would appreciate if you can repair this. Otherwise, your extension works flawlessly AFAIK. I'm sorry, don't have php skills myself so no PR. Groet! Evert
