(Black) My pokemon does not gain exp #23

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After battling both Charin and Bianca, my sandile, starter right pokemon, will 
not gain experiance.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Black with Desume.

This is an issue with your base ROM, not the randomizer itself.
