Add releases to github #35

Make use of the nifty little feature called releases and publish builds more often (don't do this = auto furry femboy)

The problem is not this guy lol, the problem is that you do not know which version you are downloading, if ever happen to put the wrong version, we would never know, and neither could warn.

How to find the raven b+ releases: go on the main github screen click build/libs then theres the releases. the website also downloads straight from there. :/
