Add more kopi variants #9

Found three more variants from http://iamnothome.com/2014/01/24/order-your-kopi-like-a-boss-singapore/

  1. Kopi Huan - Kopi with extra-condensed milk
  2. Kopi Gu You - Kopi mixed with Butter
  3. Kopi Cham - Kopi mixed with Tea

I guess it's easy to add Kopi Huan to parser, but wonder how to add Kopi Gu You and Kopi Cham?

(I've never tried Kopi Gu You. Maybe we should find a place that sells that and do a :coffee: meetup)

For Gu You and Cham, I think we can call them some sort of 'mixins' :smile: Just wondering if there are milk/sugar involved there.

And how about a meetup next week? It's been a long time since the last one #8

This is going to be difficult because most of the coffeeshops listed close by dinnertime!
