Add example explanations to the tour #147

This was raised by Andreas: The tour, especially the VC creation part, lacks some information. In that step it's not clear, what the sigle actually means. Maybe it would be helpful to have a distinction between a general explanation of the steps like "Here virtual subcorpora can be defined." with a followed corpus specific explanation "For example to request all documents with the text sigle of ..." etc.

In addition: The annotation helper step should inform the user to either click the orange bar or press the arrow down key to open the menu.
