Because the user is used to navigate in the settings menu at the left side (and will miss that especially in the tutorial otherwise), it is for the time being the most sensible way to leave this navigation inside the settings menu at it is right now, and only offer a settings link in the right upper corner. Additional the existing settings "button" at the left can be used. This design should be evaluated after establishing.
