Merge Kustvakt core, full and lite into one #540

Historically Kustvakt-lite was required to provide a light version of Kustvakt without any authentication features, and all shared functionalities are bundled in Kustvakt-core. However, the libraries requires a lot of effort for maintenance and thus should better be merged into one.

Core and lite have been merged into full. Lite is configured as another maven profile and can now be built from full.
