Remove file with invalid path #241

A file with a space at the end was introduced in here: https://github.com/Kord-Extensions/kord-extensions/commit/32e3882d73b4773ff3901c82dd899e8ba009b960#diff-c6c9cedd3de3953f7e4ad0fbf7e6203424bc16564b1e277c3731e4e59db9bef1

This made the repository impossible to clone (or pull changes) on Windows:

error: invalid path '.idea/runConfigurations.xml '
fatal: unable to checkout working tree

The file was meant to exist, so I manually fixed it using GitHub's editor. Thanks, though!
