[ ] Create a hint from the installer when installation path is not in $PATH
[x] If possible lookup the paths inside the .desktop files so at least launching via menu works

The installer patches .desktop files now. If the user wants to have SheepShaver / BasiliskII in the PATH, they have to modify it themselves.
