tmux: escape-arrowkeys move window but focus doesn't follow #16

Korkman commented 3 years ago

On some systems, ctrl-a & arrowkey left / right moves the window but keeps focus on current screen number.

Reproducible on Ubuntu Focal, tmux -V 3.0a

Confirmed behavior change in 3.0, see https://github.com/tmux/tmux/issues/2009
