Integrate mc hotlist and shell-pack tagged dirs

[ ] Change keybind from ctrl-\ to alt-d so it works for me (backslash is not easily accessible on german keyboard layout)
[ ] Synchronize tagged dirs and mc hotlist, preferably bidirectional
