Add a (curl?) query to the daily upgrade check, motivate user to run upgrade-shell-pack. Can already be disabled by setting UPGRADE_SHELLPACK to "no".

Should check if current "latest" tag has a higher version. Maybe just download shell-pack-version.fish, grep it?
