Hello, How to output the modeled mutant structures. Is there any flag like "-ddg::output_silent true " as in ddg monomer? Thanks.

I've added a helper script that shows how to extract these structures from the struct.db3 file where they are saved. I've added a section to the main documentation page showing how to use it, let me know if it works for you.
