Hi Giulio, great work on this plugin!

Is is possible to add extensions to the plugin such that groups can be selected and sorted alphanumerically, without dividing the project into the plugin groups (e.g. Group Polyline, etc)?

We often have projects with many hundreds of different layers that are specifically grouped together, and it would be great to be able to sort the layers within those groups!
