Add persistent variables for end-game statistics and outro and in-game too.

Save as persistent: Common: Starting pop -> CIV casualties City casualties (top casualty city at the end?) Total casualties for each side Vehicles destroyed (subtypes?) starting date -> length of the mission Was peace treaty rejected or accepted (TODO: late game when aaf is losing, it offers peace treaty, option to continue but NATO support goes to 0) K/D ratio for FIA Prisoners/refugees rescued

Player: Most time as commander (save to player) Top pilot? Score Kills UnarmedKills Friendlykills civKills JournalistKills deaths healed civHealed
