Also calling the function via remoteExeccall and then spawning waituntils

Arsenal now entirely virtual, stored in an array ONLY IN SERVER. -> All FIA spawns now in server as well Good foundation for vehicle ammo arsenal for the future.

Needs a gui to check amounts. Possible scripting to take ammo crates and such
