This has happened when player intervened the treatment. Investigate if this happens normally as well.

ACE medical AI uses forcespeed 0; consider to put this to

clearassignedMedic unithealed

forcespeed put to -1 for medics, ace medical puts forcespeed 0 to medic and the patient. Apparently released until patient healed
