Undercover: getting out of compromised vehicle

At the moment player can go undercover if it exits compromised vehicle. Consider getoutman eventhandler where it is checed if player is detected.

Player can sometimes exit vehicle and lose undercover but undercover can be restored by going into the vehicle. Manual going undercover again not tested
