After saving, lots of arsenal items lost but not all #261

Perhaps at some point there is populatebox or setarsenal command that cleansup the arsenal?

all backpacks and statics were lost. some medical items existed

Could have happened before the save, noticed after load game

In previous game, a camp was lost. That lessens the amount of items in the arsenal, but not that much

Camp lost algorith changed, probably issue with referencing to array. Possibly had only 10% arsenal left, now set arsenal to 90% amounts

Dudn't lose all at camp lost, but some
