Change the prioritization algorithm to favor range more instead of rate of fire. Minimum range for assault rifles?

Bullet impact is calculated in the sorting function. Maybe PDW is classified as assault rifle? Make bullet speed less than 500 m/s classified as an SMG?

Quadrupled the importance of bullet speed when calculating bullet impact which affects the choosing algorithm
