Motion Lora Scheduling #353

Hey,

Just wanted to throw a suggestion for the addition of being able to schedule the motion loras so movement can be more dynamic for longer diffs.

MotionLoRA masking would produce about the same results as masking identical AnimateDiff models with different motion loras applied. I will look into making this a built-in feature as it would decrease required VRAM usage to do this.
