PIA, Image Injection, and Multival Expansion #405

For PIA and Image Injection support, it was my first time adding mid-sampling model switching (to perform VAE Encoding/Decoding). I will be able to make some updated nodes for other features now to do this too, but that's for future me to worry about.

I have not tested PIA or image injection in lowvram/novram, so no idea if there are any changes that I need to make to get it to work. Again, future me's problem.
