I've not personally used the AnimateAnyone nodes, but black output is a common error state when things go wrong during diffusion. As a rough order of debugging, I would suggest you

• Try connecting the "Load Video" node directly to a "Preview Image" node, and try connecting the "Moore-AnimateAnyone Simple" to a "Preview Image" node to verify if the VideoHelperSuite nodes are functioning correctly. If I'm correct in my assumption that the issue is not with VideoHelperSuite, you'll probably have better luck opening an issue on the repo for your AnimateAnyone nodes.
• For each of the 5 load nodes on the left, open each of the drop downs and double check that the option exists.
• Make sure the width, height, and number of frames for your input match the width, height, and length of the "Moore-AnimateAnyone Simple" node.
• Try lowering the resolution and number of frames in case the issue is a result of running out of VRAM.
