Updated container creation scheme

• Updated container creation to distinguish between push and release events. AlphaPulldown source code will now be pulled from the main branch upon container creation and not from PyPi

• run_structure_prediction.py accepts comma separated list of input folds and optionally dedicated output_directories for each fold
