Ignore big complexes #9

If die at the last attempt because of OOM error -> report this complex in the final report and proceed with analysis.

Also, maybe add a script that does auto-touch of completed_fold.txt to have an option to manually bypass inference step

Snakemake defines a --report and --summary command (https://snakemake.readthedocs.io/en/stable/executing/cli.html). Perhaps these could be used here to list the folds that are missing
