When downloading from Zenodo, the config files need updated #85

Would be good to make this more slick/require less user intervention

Also, appears that yacht download default_ref_db gives just the zip file, while pretrained_ref_db gives all the data required. This should be made clear

Idea: at the end of running yacht download pretrained_ref_data manually go in and update the paths since we will know where they always are
