I have added an option to add a dark mode to the UI for users who use dark mode for everything else. This pull request covers the 1.20.6 textures, but I will attach a version for 1.20.1 below.

Thanks for your pr. Some tweaks are needed for it to be functional, you can track changes in branch dark-mode
